Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus registrations not needed in India

Good news, the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus has launched in India today, and sales will go live on March 23, which is just over a week away. The good news is, registrations are not needed, and so you will be able to just go ahead and part with Rs 8,499, which is the price you will pay next week for this new Lenovo handset.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is listed as coming soon on Flipkart and so you can enter your email so they can notify you once the product is in stock, which we now know will be on March 23. However, we are certain stock will run down very quick, and so you had best get your order in quick.

Sales begin on March 23 from 12PM, and Flipkart tells us that the first sale will allow customers to exchange and upgrade their Lenovo A6000 and A6000 Plus handsets. However, no details have been given as to how much owners will be offered for those handsets to trade-in. For those that do not want to pay for the phone outright, the EMI starts from Rs. 413.

Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus release date

As for those Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus specs, you get a premium looking handset that sports a 5-inch IPS LCD Full HD screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 and 441ppi.

In terms of the innards, there is a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor and 2GB of RAM, which does seem low compared to rival smartphones. You only have 16GB of storage as well, although with up to 128GB via microSD card for more storage, this is not too much of an issue.

Lenovo’s Vibe K5 Plus has a 13-megapixel camera to the rear and 5MP up front. We are not too certain how long the battery life will be, as it come comes with a 2750mAh battery, which does seem small to us, although can be removed and replaced if needed.

For more details we ask that you visit Flipkart.
