Lego Star Wars III: Autumn release on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii

Are you a fan of the Lego Star Wars franchise? If so, you’ll be delighted to hear that a third installment is on the way, after Activision confirmed the news with a press release today.

As reported from VG247, Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars will be set in familiar scenes from the animated series, while you can also expect to see characters from all of the previous games.

As expected, LucasArts will once again be behind the scenes, working closely with Activision to deliver more of the same goodness that has made the franchise so successful.

If you are a PSP or DS owner, you’ll be pleased to know that handheld versions of the game are also on the way.
