A few days back Inside Line reported that two of the worlds best supercars were parked outside Harrods in London, where passersby filmed them because they had been clamped. The Koenigsegg CCXR along with the equally sexy Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce belonged to the Al-Thani royal family, so no fear that they would not be able to pay the fine.
However, I would like to point something out that is more shocking than this, who in their right mind would choose to have both these supercars painted? Come on, we know that some people like to be noticed, but just driving these vehicles down the road is enough to get seen.
Thankfully someone filmed the two cars, which you can see in the video below. We would like to know why they did not pay for the valet parking at Harrods? The cost would have been $12 per hour, much cheaper than the $235 fine they will have to pay for each of the vehicles.
Maybe the fine should be bigger for destroying the image of the Koenigsegg CCXR and the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce. What do you think of the custom paint job?
