Kinect for Xbox: Price Officially Announced by Microsoft

Today Microsoft has finally officially revealed the price for Kinect for Xbox 360, and for once it looks as if all early rumors were correct as it is priced at $149.99.

Just over a month ago we revealed that a £149.99 price tag was looking likely, now Larry Hryb aka Major Nelson has confirmed this price.

Amazon are now listing Kinect here, obviously it is not yet readily available, however Amazon are confident that all pre-orders will arrive on November 4th.

There has been a little bit of confusion regarding whether Kinect is only compatible with the new slimmer Xbox 360 or all models, well Major Nelson has also confirmed that Kinect will run on all Xbox 360 versions.

Are you happy with the $149.99 price tag?
