Killzone Shadow Fall pre-order to humiliate players in MP

Sony has kept quiet for some time, but we’re finally pleased to say that the pre-order bonuses for highly anticipated title Killzone Shadow Fall on PS4, have been revealed. Pre-order the game at participating retailers and you’ll now be granted access to the Shadow Pack, which comes with some interesting incentives.

Fans of video game soundtracks are going to be delighted, as Guerilla Games has decided to give away the official soundtrack for Shadow Fall simply to those who pre-order the game. Usually, a soundtrack would only come with the more luxurious editions of game, like a collector’s edition for example – so this is pretty generous in our opinion.

On top of the soundtrack, the Shadow Pack is also going to include an interesting bonus for multiplayer mode. Pre-order the game and you’ll get the Spotlight move to use in multiplayer, which will allow you to perform a victory pose after you have defeated an enemy.

Guerilla’s official blurb on the Shadow Pack even calls this a ‘humiliation’ move, so it’s going to be great fun seeing this in multiplayer on a third-person spectator mode for example. Finally, the Shadow Pack will come with some OWL skins, allowing you to add a bit of spice to your personal combat drone.

Overall, we think the bonuses are more than enough reason to pre-order Killzone Shadow Fall if you hadn’t already. We’ve seen some early disappointment that there are not more goodies involved, but who can argue with a free soundtrack? For those that have already ordered the game, we expect you will also be receiving the Shadow Pack.

Are you a big fan of developers including official soundtracks with their games?
