iWatch release date with fashion launch

The whole world is expecting Apple to unveil the iPhone 6 at a special Apple event later today, but evidence is mounting that Apple’s other secret, the iWatch has well and truly been rumbled.

We have heard that Apple has invited some of the world’s top fashion guns to their Apple event on September 9, with the only likely explanation for it being because of a new wearable that is coming.

Apple are obviously wanting to impress with their brave new product and getting the top fashionistas on board is obviously a very logical step in achieving this goal.

An article published recently by Reuters confirms that one fashion head, Lea Goldman at Marie Claire magazine has received an invite to the event – a first time for her receiving an official invite to the event.

Apple has not commented on this but it doesn’t take a genius to work out that this is likely due to the upcoming iWatch reveal with Apple knowing that the world is watching.

With the iWatch combined with the iPhone 6, it makes for a very exciting event indeed – don’t forget that Apple will also take the wraps off iOS 8 for iPhone 6 as well.

Are you interested in buying a smart watch from Apple? Many consumers are not interested at the moment, but we have a feeling that they’ll soon be hooked once they see Apple’s trademark marketing strategy for the device once the event is over.

Give us your last minute expectations on the iWatch. Can it easily beat off competition from Google and Samsung in your opinion?
