iPhone Password Management App: Massive Update

A popular password management app for the iPhone and iPod Touch has just received a major update. Password Caddy 2.0 has been given a complete overhaul, to give the app a completely new look and feel.

Developed by Washington based Trotz Software, the app now includes a new Dashboard feature that centralizes all the common options into a single location. An auto-lock feature has also been added that secures the app when the user is taking a phone call or if the device falls asleep.

A search function allows for the easy location of passwords, and a favorites option lists the top ten most used passwords in the app. There are more than 40 new icons in the app with popular social network sites like Twitter and Facebook included. Users will learn to use the app quickly with integrated tutorials, and there is the option for Mac/PC desktop backup.

Password Caddy 2.0 is on the App Store for only $1.99. iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch with OS 3.0 or later required. For further information on Password Caddy please visit the developer’s website.
