Even though Apple have not officially announced the time that they will release iOS 4 for iPhone and iPod Touch there seems to be plenty of speculations surrounding it, a recent post on RazorianFly features a countdown timer for when they expect iOS 4 to launch.
RazorianFly claim that a reliable source close to Apple (who wants to remain anonymous) suggests that the new OS version will become publicly available at around 10.00am PST, which means UK readers should be able to grab the update at around 6.00pm GMT.
Usually I would dismiss an article with a “anonymous reliable source”, however RazorianFly also claim that this same source correctly predicted the release time for iPhone OS 3.
If you check out RazorianFly’s article you can see the countdown timer, at the time of this post their countdown timer stated that iOS 4 will launch in 5 hours, 7 minutes, 57 seconds, which in my opinion seems to be quite fitting.
