In fact, you can pre-order your new iPhone 6S and Plus at 8:01AM at O2 UK, Apple Store, and a few other locations. If you are looking to take up a contract or buy the 2015 iPhone outright, then you can do this in the UK while most in the United States will opt for a payment plan at 12:01AM PST or 3:01AM EST.
We mentioned a few moments ago that the Apple store is down today, as expected. There was a different error message than we normally see, which appears and disappears with most likely the difference in demand for Apple servers. If they get overloaded and become very slow during the iPhone 6S pre-order process, then you might see an access denied error.
