The iPhone 6 is finally here and with it, comes the arrival of the iPhone 6 Plus too, a 5.5-inch giant that most of you have been begging Apple to see. They delivered on this at last and now we have a quick iPhone 6 Vs iPhone 6 Plus comparison for you to take a look at.
You’ll be able to pre-order the new devices at the end of this week, as Apple are not wasting any time. Pre-orders begin on September 12, just one week before the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launch date of September 19.
The differences between the two is that while both are significantly bigger than the iPhone 5S, the iPhone 6 is a 4.7-inch phone and the iPhone 6 Plus weighs in at 5.5-inches.
Both mostly feature the same hardware specs, such as an Apple A8 64-bit processor and M8 motion coprocessor. There’s a new 8MP iSight camera on both devices, although the iPhone 6 Plus comes with an extra optical image stabilisation feature that isn’t on the iPhone 6.
Voice over LTE is a new feature to debut as well, although there’s no clear information on how fast the Apple A8 processor is, or indeed how much RAM is built into the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
It’s great to see the addition of 128GB storage options, meaning that the 64GB version is going to be available at an affordable price – cutting out a 32GB model altogether.
Apple’s website has all the information that you need on tech specs, but watch the video below for a great overview in just two minutes. Have you already decided which device to buy between the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus?
Many are already saying that the Plus model is too big – do you agree or not?
