iPhone 6 5.5-inch Vs Galaxy Note 4 revived

It looks like we are getting closer to the iPhone 6 release date. Just as we see each year, new iPhone 6 leaks are apparently coming out by the week, but these latest photos from Asia have an interesting story attached to them that may make you think twice when deciding if they are real or not.

It’s not unusual to see an new iPhone leak before an expected announcement in Fall 2014, but what is unusual is a celebrity allegedly obtaining a prototype. This is what has exactly appeared to have happened over in Asia though, with well known Taiwanese singer Jimmy Lin getting hold of what he states is a 5.5-inch new iPhone.

The singer and actor has wasted no time in posting some photos on China’s version of Twitter, allowing the world to potentially get an early glance at Apple’s plans to finally offer bigger iPhones in 2014 that will match Samsung’s growing Note popularity.

We say potentially as obviously Apple hasn’t confirmed the images as being real – why would they? The source of this alleged prototype has apparently come from Hong Kong, as Lin may have been able to get his hands on one of Apple’s test models in advance – which is possible.

That picture you see above looks significantly different to what we are used to seeing from Apple and it could be a dream come true for consumers who have been waiting a long time for Apple to come up with their version of a Samsung Galaxy Note that is over 5-inches in size.

This apparent 5.5-inch iPhone 6 looks massive, almost like a small iPad and it could be set to debut this year at a Apple Fall 2014 event which usually happens each year.

Check out the full photo here and let us know what you think about this. Presuming it is real – would you buy this 5.5-inch iPhone 6 in this form, or would you still prefer a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release?
