iPhone 5C unboxing with price estimate

As we draw ever closer to next months iPhone event, those rumors of a cheaper model have now moved up a gear, and a durability test of the iPhone 5C rear cover is just one example of this. However, there is now some new information, two of which you might find very interesting.

iPhone 5C unboxing of rear shells — We have a video for you below that shows the so-called unboxing of the rear covers for the low-cost iPhone, but we have to say it does look rather convincing. These components are said to come straight from China, but we have to wonder if this were the real deal, then the guy in the video would be a little more careful with how he opens the box.

There are several covers in this unboxing video; you have the iPhone 5C yellow, red, blue, green, and finally the white rear cover. Watch the entire video and let us know if this is a video we can trust.

iPhone 5C price revealed — There’s yet more rumors in regard to the low-cost iPhone, and this is to do with the expected price of the iPhone 5C. It is widely reported that the price for a SIM free version in the UK will be £230 and £320, which is even cheaper than the iPhone 4S.

Does this mean the specs will even be less than the iPhone 4S, or is it just because the casing and other components are cheaper to manufacture? This price is cheap, but still not as cheap as we would first assumed.

We have to wonder what the iPhone 5C price in India will be, as this will be one of the most important markets for Apple and their so-called budget iPhone?
