iPhone 3G / 3GS Unlock: iOS 4.2.1 Guide with Ultrasn0w 1.2

If you have an iPhone 3G or 3GS and are looking to unlock it using ultrasn0w, you’ll be pleased to know that we have a full tutorial for you to read which which will give you instructions on how to update to the latest version.

Like always, the tutorial guide comes to you courtesy of RedmondPie, as they have given us the important details on ultrasn0w 1.2, which has the ability to unlock certain basebands on iOS 4.2.1, and also iOS 4.1.

It is worth pointing out that this new unlock method does not work with the latest iPhone baseband, instead it will only work on jailbroken iPhones with basebands higher than 05.13.04.
