iPharmacy: Guide to medication and drugs for iPhone

An application which offers an essential guide for over 10,000 drugs and medication is available for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. iPharmacy 3.5 is a great application for consumers and professionals alike.

Released by SigmaPhone LLC the app has just received an update to further enhance its features, which now include a built-in pill identifier which can be searched by color, shape, score and imprint. Users can easily identify drugs and medications with the app.

iPharmacy will also provide other information like adverse reactions, administration and dosage, indications and usage, and much more. All the information contained in the application is supplied by the FDA.

Users can save drugs to favorites, and easily copy and paste to other apps for sharing or notes. There is warnings and precautions given with each drug, and the app contains 3,000 images which can easily be enlarged. More images will be added soon free of charge.

iPharmacy 3.5 is available worldwide on the App Store for the great price of $0.99/£0.59. iOS 3.0 or later required.
