iPad 5 to continue color options

As we wait patiently for the arrival of Apple’s new iPad 5 plenty of leaks concerning the hardware have emerged, and from what we understand their new product will continue to offer customers a choice when it comes to the colour. When they say colour options the choices are still limited and as far as we know there will be two options available.

Giving us a sneaky peek at what’s on offer the Sonny Dickson website give us a hands-on account with some new images showing the new iPad 5 in the typical silver colour we are all familiar with, and also a Space Grey colour recently introduced with the iPhone 5S.

The image in question highlights speculation surrounding a new slimmer iPad-mini like design as expected with the narrower bezels and with the iPad mini 2 also highly anticipated we thought it would be worth mentioning a recent post of our that spoke about the launch live stream being doubtful for both of these Apple products.

In this we discussed how Apple sometimes offers a live stream for their events, even though this didn’t happen with the recent iPhone launch. This has caused people to doubt this will happen with the iPad 5 and mini 2 launch, especially since Apple were reluctant to cover last year’s iPhone 5 event live.

The current busy schedule for Apple gives us the impression the company will have a whole range of new products to showcase next month, as well as the new iPad 5 and the iPad mini 2. Therefore, we are unsure a live stream will be on the cards for the rumoured Apple October event.

If the iPad 5, mini 2 launch live stream does not go ahead we understand that fans can follow CNET’s live coverage, as this was accessible last month and produced some humorous moments from CNET bloggers, so we hope they do the same next month.
