iOS 7 concepts lessens boredom with design

The only thing we can say with almost certainty regarding WWDC 2013 is that iOS 7 will be revealed during Apple’s keynote. We had assumed there were to be other products being revealed, but Tim Cook said we should not expect anything new until the fall. However, we have a hard time believing this, as a new MacBook Air and/or Pro could make a showing.

Going back to iOS 7, as in previous WWDC events, Apple is certain to reveal their new mobile operating system to those who purchased a ticket, as well as the millions of us around the world keeping in touch via live WWDC blogs and streams.

How will iOS 7 look? Over the weeks and months we have seen several concept details showing us what some of you believe iOS 7 will look like, and there seems to be a continuing pattern. Firstly, most of you seem to want improved multitasking, but it’s the simplified design that seems to be gaining the most attention.

Is a flat iOS 7 design preferred? Several months ago it was said that Apple’s new mobile OS would come with a flatter, simplified design, as this was the direction that Jony Ive and his team were going in. However, while some people welcomed this, others have been a little skeptical and even suggested that it would look far too much like Windows Phone 8.

Love it or hate it, if iOS 7 was to get a flat design then there are many concept versions for you to visual just how this will look on your iPhone, with 9to5Mac offering us the latest batch of iOS 7 concept videos.

We know that some of you will say these look horrible and glad that they are just concepts, but with Ive behind the new design, you never know what will happen, because we all know how he likes to keep things simple and clean and some of you will be pleased to see a change, as many of you have grown bored with the same design for years.
