iMessage not working claim some users

We cannot be sure if this is a major outage, but iMessage is not working for some users. We have just been on and tried out Apple’s message service and seems to be working fine for us, but many users have said that iMessage is down today for them. We have yet to get any sort of confirmation from Apple on this issue, which makes us believe this is affecting to certain areas.

There has already been a huge reaction from our readers, as well as on Twitter who say they have been unable to use iMessage and have had to use alternatives, such as SMS or other chat programs such as WhatsApp. The problem with using SMS is that it costs if you do not have unlimited texts.

iMessage not working

From what we can make out iMessage is down in certain areas in the UK, such as Hertfordshire, Glasgow and Cardiff to name a few. If iMessage is down for you, then do please let us know.

Some of our readers have said they have managed to get iMessage to work on their mobile devices, but do not have any luck when using their MacBook or iMac. Once again, we have been able to use iMessage on our iMac, MacBook Air and also iPhone 6, and so more proof that it is not widespread.
However, that is not saying things could take a turn for the worse and become a widespread issue.
