IFA 2013: New Philips innovative monitors

With less than two months to go until the start of IFA 2013, it’s clear that many top consumer electronics companies will use this as an opportunity to show us just what they have been working hard on. We already assume that Samsung will be on hand to show off the new Galaxy Note 3, and also Sony with the Honami i1, a couple of days before at their press event.

However, it’s not all about smartphones, as there are more things that will be on show, such as a range of new Philips innovative monitors. On the stand you will get up close and personal with MMD, where they will be showing us their new range of monitors, which will incorporate an all-in-one design, along with being designed to make use of the latest games, some will even have Touch capabilities.

The Touch model will be a 23-inch Philips display that has been Windows-certified because of its 10-point capacitive touch technology and being a full-glass display as well. As for the Smart All-in-one, this display comes with Android apps built-in, allowing you to gain access to the many apps available on Android.

However, it’s the Gaming monitor that appeals to us the most, as it allows the gamer to experience just what the developer wanted you to see, this is thanks to the 144 Hz, 1-ms refresh rate, which is rather exceptional.

More IFA 2013 monitors — There are two other Philips monitors coming to the event in September, the first being a 23-inch display complete with wireless connectivity and a 27-inch model, which is part of the QHD range. This is the first time the 27-inch Philips QHD display will be on show, and you’ll recognize the device when you see at, as it has a glossy white finish.

If you are interested to see these Philips monitors/displays, then you will need to make your way to the Philips stand in Hall 22 on September 6, 2013 in Berlin.
