Are you still searching for a cheaper alternative to the Apple iPad? Well, it looks like you are in luck as we have the first details on the Huawei S7 tablet – a device which packs Android 2.1 and a 1GHz MSM8250 Snapdragon processor.
As reported from Engadget, the device was unveiled at Computex 2010 and Engadget were on hand to spend some hands-on time with the tablet and in turn – reveal specs and take a great video for us too.
The disappointing thing about the tablet, is that we are still no closer to knowing when the device will be available to buy, but the reveal at Computex did give us the chance to learn a little bit more about the device.
Aside from the specs mentioned above, the 7-inch tablet will also feature an internal speaker, a 3.5mm headphone jack, volume rocker, support for microSD cards, USB connectivity and a kickstand on the back too.
Head over to Engadget for the full-hands on, as well as some photos and videos of the device.
