Yesterday we posted an article which suggested that a Virgin Mobile UK release was looking likely for the HTC Wildfire, we have now heard that the low-end smartphone will be coming to another UK carrier, T-Mobile UK.
Apparently T-Mobile UK will begin offering the handset from June 14th, as you would have probably expected the handset will be available for free as part of a contract, this contract is a 24-month deal costing you £20 per month (the equivalent of $29 per month).
If you would like to purchase the handset outright and SIM-free one UK online store Expansys have the handset listed for £249.99 ($357), however stock isn’t expected until July 26th.
As you have probably noticed from my previous HTC Wildfire posts I have a soft spot for this low-end smartphone, mainly as for a low-end smartphone it packs some half-decent performance hardware and entertainment-related functionality, it’s just a shame about the screen resolution.
