HTC EVO 4G vs Nexus One: Android Face off

We mentioned earlier that the rumored Sprint smartphone that was due to be announced at CTIA 2010 is in fact the HTC EVO 4G, and not the Supersonic as we first suspected. With the release of this 4G WiMax capable handset, it puts it in direct competition with the Google Nexus One — the perfect Android face off

There are so many Android based handsets on the market now, but the Nexus one is the best currently on offer — the HTC EVO 4G will contest that title when released in the summer. Engadget points out that there is the Motorola Droid, but it is already showing its age.

There are a few differences with these models, the main one is that the HTC EVO 4G will only be available on Sprint, whereas the Nexus One is available on all networks, well eventually.

The only differences I see is that the EVO comes with two cameras, an 8-megapixel and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The screen is larger, which is perfect for its 1280 x 720 video recording.

What will you choose the HTC EVO 4G or the Google Nexus One?
