We previously told you that the first OTA update was being rolled out for the new HTC Desire HD handset, but now we have some tips to get the update manually for those of you who have still not received the notification.
As reported from Phandroid, the update is quite a sizable one, but has been tagged as minor as it only enhances a few existing features, as well as fixing any pesky bugs which were still present after the handset launched.
The official version of the update is 1.32.405.13 and you can attempt to force the download by going to your phone settings. If you continue to ‘about phone’ and then ‘check for updates’, you might be lucky enough for the update to appear on your handset ready for download.
Having said that, we’re guessing that most of you have already received the update OTA but it is a nice option to those who are still waiting.
