HTC Desire HD: First Render Image Released

We have some good news for those of you looking to get the still-unannounced HTC Desire HD handset, as a user has created what looks to be a very accurate Desire HD render. Take a look at it yourself and let us know your thoughts on it.

As reported from Phandroid, the HTC Desire HD render has been provided to us courtesy of German website BestBoyz. If you didn’t know already, the Desire HD is set to be the European version of the excellent HTC EVO 4G, which is currently available to buy over in the US on Sprint.

Strangely though, the render shows Windows Mobile 6.5 as the OS of choice, but this is incorrect as we all know that the HTC Desire HD will be sporting Android, hopefully 2.2 Froyo!

Other than that though, the image gives us a good taste of things to come, as an official announcement on the handset is expected to follow shortly.

What do you make of the image?
