Sprint’s first Windows Phone 8 device the HTC 8XT is not specifically an upgrade to the 8X regardless of the extra letter, but there are some significant changes which could be classed as improvements. The addition of BoomSound speakers, as well as a downgrade in display resolution are the most noted of changes, and we are intrigued what is thought about this device.

Lasting around 8 minutes the HTC 8XT Review points out that although this is visually a similar looking handset there are some differences, and they also question whether the HTC 8XT can survive on Sprint.
While some consumers show a preference towards Nokia this could be more to do with the apps available, although the two-toned colour is a refreshing change for some.
