HTC 7 Trophy: Design cue from Desire

Another nice looking handset announced today for the Windows Phone 7 platform was the HTC 7 Trophy. The handset has a lot of similarities with the successful HTC Desire.

Richard Lai of Engadget is reporting the new HTC handset shares the same 3.8-inch WVGA LCD screen that is found on its older sibling the Desire. Other shared features include a 5MP camera and the 1GHz Snapdragon processor.

The HTC 7 Trophy even had the same battery cover and removal method found on the Desire. This new handset was running a smooth operating system except for a couple of problems with the browser and HTC Hub. Expected to be released on October 21st, the Trophy is expected to be the more affordable option for people wanting a Windows Phone 7 handset.
