We have already seen a number of HTC 10 comparisons with some of its nearest rivals, but how many of you will be wondering how well its microphone performs? It’s funny how something so simple can get overlooked, especially as this is such an important part of a phone because we use such devices to shoot videos, even more so for those that decide to create music videos.
Ok, so the microphone is not as important as its processor, the amount of RAM and even the quality of its camera, but what’s the point of having a decent performing camera if the microphone is not up to the job?
The reason we are saying this is because we have come across a video on YouTube that compares the HTC 10 microphone to the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, iPhone 6s Plus, HTC One M9, and the Huawei P9.
HTC have already made a big deal out of its Hi Res sound with awesome 24-bit playback, and it’s in this video below that aims to put the quality to the test by comparing the M4a and AAC files of the competition.
From the results it would seem that the HTC 10 has outclassed its competition with the results, although we have to wonder just how many of you will be interested enough in this feature?
