HP EliteBook Laptop: Core i5 and Core i7 options now available

HP has just announced that they will be upgrading their current options for customers looking to pick up an EliteBook – part of the company’s business lineup of laptops.

As reported from BGR, you’ll now be available to choose models with the added inclusion of Core i5 and Core i7 processors. These EliteBook models are the 2540p and the convertible, tablet like 2740p as seen in the image above.

Specs are similar for both models, and they include a 12-inch diagonal LED display, Intel HD graphics, choice of 250GB HDD or 160GB SSD, WiFi, GPS and optional 2MP webcam. They’ll also come with Windows 7, with the option of downgrading to XP if you prefer.

They are both due to release next month, priced at $1,099 for the 2540p and $1,599 for the 2740p. More details through the link.
