How To Hydrate? iPhone app shows you

A clever way to help keep you hydrated has just been launched for owners of the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Absorb Water 1.0 helps users keep track of everything they consume with water content above 65%, making water drinking the easiest it has ever been.

Released by Syndicated Puzzles the app calculates your daily water intake from anything that is consumed like a bowl of soup, a glass of beer, or even an orange. There are 12 categories to choose from to help keep a user hydrated.

Absorb Water isn’t happy until a user has consumed an equivalent of at least 12 glasses of water a day. A “Mellow Yellow” chart keeps track of a user’s urine color as they improve and keep track of their personal hydration progress.

Absorb Water 1.0 is on the App Store for only $1.99. iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch required with OS 3.0 or later.
