We’re back again with a quick heads-up to all players who are just starting out on their Der Eisendrache Zombies adventure, as part of the Awakening DLC map pack for Black Ops 3 which has just gone live.
Straight away, many of you are requesting info on how to get the Wrath of the Ancients bow in Der Eisendrache zombies. As far as we’re aware, this isn’t one of the new wonder weapons in the map and actually Treyarch has made it very easy to unlock the Wrath of the Ancients in BO3.
To do it, you simply need to activate one of the new key features in Der Eisendrache – the Iron Dragons. There are three of them on the map and once you have activated them, they will help you to kill zombies that come into the proximity of the dragon.
More importantly though, after activating all three you can get the Wrath of the Ancients bow in Der Eisendrache – which you will all need to do anyway to progress with the main easter egg quest.
How to use the Wrath of the Ancients: This is a beauty of a weapon and it comes with two main functions. You can press R2 to fire a single explosive arrow towards zombies, or you can hold R2 for a charged shot that deals more damage in a higher radius – but consumes more arrows as a counter-effect.
The last Iron dragon location that you find in Der Eisendrache should be in the Undercroft area, so let us know what you think of the bow once you get it for yourself.
