Hotel Bans Vuvuzelas: Standing Firm during FIFA World Cup

We have more news on the infamous Vuvuzelas to bring you now, as it has been reported that a hotel chain in the UK has banned the use of the plastic horns, after a manager was kept awake by the constant noise by England fans.

As reported from Yahoo, football fans were blowing the Vuvuzelas outside of a Premier Inn hotel in Newcastle, UK, apparently after England’s draw with Algeria last week.

According to a company spokeswoman, the noise was so loud that it kept one of the managers awake at night, prompting him to enforce a temporary ban on the plastic horns.

The ban will last until the end of the FIFA World Cup in South Africa, but may continue longer if noise levels persist. Let us know your thoughts on this.
