Home Run Derby 2010: Three Apps and Rules

With the MLB All-Star Game starting in just over 24-hours, today is the day for Home Run Derby 2010. This event is played the day before the All-Star Game, and involves some of the best hitters in the sport.

If you would like to know a little more about the Home Run Derby rules, then visit this page to get some in-depth information. Below we wanted to celebrate today’s event by pointing you in the direction of three related apps.

First up is “Home Run Derby Baseball” which lets you swing your iPhone or iPod to try and hit a homerun, a good fun app but sadly its not been updated since last year. The second app is also a game, this one is called “CleverMedia’s Home Run Derby” and thanks to being updated this year, it features more playability than the previous game.

Our third app is the well-known “MLB.com At Bat 2010”; this application features a wealth of information and news about Major League Baseball. It will keep you updated when your on the move, and has been updated for iPad, iOS4, and includes All-Star game 2010 improvements.

Comment to share any MLB apps you use, and let us know how you find the above apps.
