Hearthstone iPhone 6, Plus release date sadness

We have just had the confirmation of the upcoming Hearthstone GvG launch date as we told you moments ago. Unfortunately though, Blizzard are still remaining silent on the status regarding a Hearthstone iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus release date.

This has been dragging on for quite some time though and we imagine that some of you are starting to get a little frustrated with the silence.

The last we heard from Blizzard, was that Hearthstone for Android Tablet was still scheduled for end of 2014, while Hearthstone for iPhone and Android phones had been postponed until early 2015.

It means that for many iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus owners out there, you will not be getting your Christmas wish of playing the game directly on a phone – officially anyway.

Right now, Blizzard will be busy anyway with the upcoming launch of Goblins Vs Gnomes, the first true DLC expansion for the game after Curse of Naxxramas was just an ‘adventure’ spin-off.

Does it make you sad though considering that it has been 10 months since the launch of the game, but still no iPhone version available? We understand that Blizzard want to get it right without launching with bugs, but at the same time we can also see the frustration on social media from those who say that iPhone should have been prioritized over iPad.

Let us know your thoughts on the lack of Hearthstone for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Are you willing to hold on as long as possible, or are you getting bored with the wait now?
