Hearthstone Curse of Naxxramas release date wait

At the start of the week, we told you that the new expansion pack for Hearthstone was on the way. The Hearthstone Curse of Naxxramas release date is still unknown though, with Blizzard going back to their infamous tactics of making gamers wait for new content.

We told you that the Curse of Naxxramas content will add 30 cards to the main single-player campaign, cards which will be unlocked at a gradual stage. Blizzard initially did not say anything on the release though, only to say that it will be a simultaneous release on PC, Mac and iPad.

Although we are still waiting for the exact Hearthstone Curse of Naxxramas release date, we now know that the pack will be out sometime in the Summer. That is obviously a big window though so hopefully Blizzard will give us a revised update soon.

Another important piece of information that you need to know is that Curse of Naxxramas will come in five different wings. Each wing will be released at a gradual stage separately, with the first wing The Arachnid Quarter being free for all players to enjoy – which is fantastic.

After that though, the remaining four wings of Curse of Naxxramas will require in-game gold purchase or have to be bought with real money. By that point though you will probably be ultra addicted after playing the first wing that you don’t mind dropping cash on the other wings – clever Blizzard.

Watch the announcement video again below if you missed it the first time and tell us your thoughts on Hearthstone so far. Is the Curse of Naxxramas going to take all of your time and you have no problems whatsoever paying money to play all five wings?
