Hearthstone Curse of Naxxramas release date missing at E3

Amid all of the exciting E3 2014 announcements, one game that we didn’t see is Hearthstone. This was unsurprising given that Hearthstone is a PC game at heart, but gamers were expecting to see a confirmed Hearthstone Curse of Naxxramas release date.

Unfortunately it didn’t happen though and it means that fans are still at square one with only a release timeline of ‘Summer’ to live off. Curse of Naxxramas is building up nicely to an exciting climax, with Blizzard teasing fans with gradual new Curse of Naxxramas deck reveals.

The latest of which is the Dark Cultist priest card which has now been officially announced and follows on from the Rebirth and Duplicate reveals which we told you about here.

The next card that could be coming though is the Hearthstone Bow of the Elite Hunter card. The image for this card has apparently leaked from a Chinese Hearthstone page and we can show you that image below.

The card itself looks particularly promising, but we can’t say too much without an official announcement. It is worth pointing out though that it was through Chinese sources that we heard about potential Curse of Naxxramas prices for US, so bear that in mind.

It is looking like we will see this content in August as each day passes. Blizzard are infamous for taking their time on new releases without saying too much, but hopefully we can drop some official Hearthstone news soon.

Are you still patently waiting for a release? Let us know what you think of this new Bow of the Elite card.
