Beginners can get help in finding a training plan which is ideal for them, or the more experienced can use the app to track what they already do.

Good Food Healthy Recipes has recipes to last you all year round. There are even 35 recipes which have less than 200 calories per portion, and healthy takes on classic favorites such as chocolate brownies.
All of the recipes have nutritional information on carbs, fat, protein, saturated fat, and how much sugar and salt are in each serving. Recipes can be displayed in both imperial and metric measurements, and there is a selection of videos to help users improve their basic skills.
