Earlier this year it was Apple who pretty much started the ball rolling with the Haswell chip being used in laptops with the 2013 MacBook Air refresh. Since then every laptop maker has been getting in on the fourth-genertaion Core processor. The latest to make use of the must-have processor is the new Dell XPS 13.
This latest laptop shares more in common with the MacBook Air than the Haswell CPU, as it is looks strikingly similar as well. Not only that, but the new Dell XPS 13 offers improved battery life than its predecessor as well, which has a lot to do with the new architecture.
As with all Dell laptops prices will vary and so the new XPS 13 Ultrabook price starts at $999.99 up to $1,599.99. You also have the option of a touchscreen, but many people have been put off by how Windows laptops implement this feature.
