Happy Holidays Google 2013 Doodle arrives

Christmas Eve has been signaled in the UK with a Happy Holidays Google Doodle for 2013 and this comes now that the UK has passed into the day before Christmas.

Google features a simple doodle that once clicked takes users to a search for Happy Holidays, although a number of polls have been taken lately aiming to look at what is preferred between Happy Holidays and Happy Christmas. Feel free to share your preference in the comments.

The image above reveals part of a screenshot for Google’s Santa tracker, which is featured under the Happy Holidays Google Doodle and search bar. This is something the search engine features every year for those that want to track Santa, as he delivers gifts over the next day.

NORAD’s Santa Tracker has always been the most popular over the years, although Google’s Santa Tracker has been gaining in popularity over the past couple of years and arrives this year with many improvements and new games.

You can read about different Santa Tracker apps in our earlier article, although we’d love to hear your thoughts on today’s Google Doodle.

Personally, something interactive with a festive game would have been a lot more fun for us.

Do you think Google should have featured a more interactive Google Doodle for Christmas Eve? Would you like to see some sort of game for Christmas Day?
