Halo Reach Beta (Xbox 360): Full details on four new modes

We have some great news for those of you planning to take part in the upcoming multiplayer beta for Halo Reach on the Xbox 360, as Bungie has just released detailed information on four new modes that will be featured in the game.

As reported from Eurogamer, the four new multiplayer modes are: Headhunter, Stockpile, Generator Defence and Invasion.

Headhunter has been described as a ‘free for all’ party game, while Stockpile is more team based with capture the flag elements. The most interesting mode out of the four could be Generator Defence, as this takes place on the asymmetrical Overlook map and features an ‘attack and defence’ sort of gameplay.

Last but not least, Invasion takes place on the large ‘Boneyard’ map, and will feature vehicles – lots of vehicles. This mode will also have support for 6-a-side teams.

For more details on each mode, head over to Eurogamer. The beta kicks off on May 3rd. Getting excited yet?
