Haier 55UG2500 4K TV specs with review uncertainty

It is the time of the year when consumers will be looking to see what the best 4K TVs to buy are, also the models which are available for the cheapest price too whilst offering great features.

Haier will have some brand new 4K TV models to choose from this year, one of which is the Haier 55″ 55UG2500 4K Ultra HDTV sold at retailers such as Kohls.

For those that are looking for a budget 4K TV to play with gaming consoles such as PS4 Pro and Xbox One X which both offer 4K gaming support however, this one could be a model to overlook for reasons mentioned below.

Haier 55UG2500 specs include a 55-inch display screen with a 3840 x 2160 resolution and a native refresh rate of 60Hz. Elsewhere, there’s 4 HDMI ports, one USB port and MHL support as well for those that have a Roku stick handy.

Considering that this model only has a 60Hz refresh rate, we don’t recommend buying it as a gaming console, since you are not going to be able to enjoy the highest quality.

As a budget 4K TV available for $400 though, it is still a nice option to consider as a secondary 4K TV elsewhere in the home if you need another 4K TV set.

Unfortunately, there is some uncertainty about this model though as at the time of writing there are currently no Haier 55″ 55UG2500 4K Ultra HDTV reviews online, so those buying at Kohls may be worried about overall picture quality.

We have found the full list of specs for this model above though, so take a look and let us know any questions you have and we’ll try to help.

Have you had good experience with the Haier brand for TVs in the past or not?
