GTA V patch creates weapon DLC issues

The latest GTA patch 1.11 has created some DLC weapon issues as the Gusenberg Sweeper has gone missing. Rockstar Games has had reports from multiple players who have found the weapon missing from their inventory, with the problem now being investigated.

The famous weapon inspired by the Tommy Gun was made available for a limited period of time with the Valentine’s Day Massacre expansion. Available in both Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online, the Gusenberg Sweeper was available for players to get their hands on in the previous 1.10 patch.

Players were able to purchase the Gusenberg Sweeper from the Ammu-Nation for free, with the weapon being added straight to their inventories. The SMG has now disappeared from some players arsenals but not necessarily all, Rockstar has said they will update players once their investigations have been concluded.

It is likely another patch will be rolled out to restore the Gusenberg to missing player’s inventories, hopefully it will not keep gamers waiting for long. GTA players are not fond of waiting, we saw this when modders took matters into their own hands as they still wait for GTA V on PC.

Are you missing the Gusenberg Sweeper from your inventory or any other items on GTA V since the 1.11 patch released?
