Graco has issued a stroller recall, which we discussed in a recent article. Since then Graco has updated their website — which we had trouble getting on — so that they can answer worried parents FAQ’s, in the hope of alleviating concerned parents.
We will not go into the nature of the recall that affects a number of Graco strollers, as Alan NG has already covered that. What we will do is take a look at some of the questions that parents might want to know the answers too, as well as what steps the company has taken to rectify the issue.
The first thing that you need to do is check to see if your stroller is included in this recall, which you can do so with this online model number checker. If your stroller is affected then you can order your repair kit online or call 877) 828-4046, the number is toll free.
Please make certain that you stop using the faulty stroller until your free repair kit arrives, more details on the safety aspects of this can be found on the Graco website.
