Google Nexus One: Customer Support Only Available via Email

As you may already know Google officially unveiled their Nexus One handset last week at the Android press gathering, we are now hearing that many users are unhappy with the customer support the company are offering.

According to a recent article posted on SlashGear it appears as if the only way to contact Google regarding problems with the Nexus One is via email, replies to emails are said to take “a day or two”.

As you know one of the most consistent problems is regarding the handset switching to EDGE rather than 3G(see here), it is thought that some customers are so frustrated with the lack of support that they are returning their handsets.

After sale support is extremely important to many, therefore despite Google being very busy at the moment I feel that it would be in Google’s interest to sort out this problem rapidly. For more information check out SlashGear.
