Google Nexus 4G Android 4.0 handset leaked

While the Apple fans await news of the next iPhone, the Android platform continues to see a variety of high spec handsets becoming available. Now today we have the news that another great looking device is on its way, as the Google Nexus 4G Android 4.0 handset is leaked.

The upcoming handset has some impressive specifications, and according to Jonathan S. Geller of BGR the device will have a next generation dual-core processor in either 1.2GHz or even 1.5GHz flavors. It will also be running Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich. Sources are claiming that the processor could be the ultra low-power 28nm Snapdragon.

The display of the handset is set to be around 4.3-inches and 720p HD, and will not have any physical Android menu buttons underneath the screen. Besides being 4G LTE compatible it is expected to have 1GB of RAM, and a 5-megapixel camera with 1080p video capture. The device itself is said to be ultra-thin, and is thought could be the one of the first handsets available for AT&Ts 4G LTE service.

Release time is expected to be around Thanksgiving so could coincide with the release of the iPhone 5, and just in time for a nice Christmas present for someone or even yourself. This sounds like a great handset and more details are likely become available in the coming months.
