When Google Earth was first launched it was just a bit of fun to us all, things have moved on so much since then. Users now see this as a great tool for research for school as well as finding some of the best locations to visit if planning a trip.

Google uses technology that offers users digital maps, satellite images and their superb search tools to find some of the great places on earth – Indiatimes Infotech thinks that they have found 12 of the best.
