Gmail: New Priority Inbox added

Google have continued to tweak their Gmail service today by adding a new Priority Inbox option. We first had speculation of new Gmail features a few weeks ago, and have since seen new options added for users added recently.

Adam Hartley of Techradar is reporting that the new feature will try and learn users email habits and then decides what messages are more important to you. These emails are then put up the list for you to check first.

This new feature will be a great aid for users who have signed up for a lot of newsletters and updates from companies, it can be hard work keeping on top of all those emails every morning sorting out the important ones from the dross.

Your emails will be graded into four separate categories which are important, starred items, important and unread, and everything else. Over time the feature will develop and learn what emails are more important to users.
