Gmail alternatives for easy Email login

Since the launch of Gmail the email client from Google has come a long way, so much so that it is now regarded as one of the better options. The success of Gmail has been made even better since the explosion of mobile devices, as it makes it much easier for users to access their emails.

I’ve made my stance perfectly clear that Gmail is the better option for me, but that’s not saying the Gmail alternatives out there are not just as good, or even better for some. Email login is made easy with Gmail, but there are other options. We know this is stating the obvious, although there are still many of you out there unaware of those other options.

Choosing the best Gmail alternative — The first time I stopped using Outlook I made the switch to Yahoo Mail, and believe it or not this service is still going, although it’s not as popular as it once was. Many users seem to love the little Yahoo melody that was played when using the Email client, but it was very easy to grow tired of it. Yahoo Mail now includes a bunch of new features to help improve the user experience, with the PayPal system being one of the better features.

Another option is Hotmail, which feels as though it has been around since the dawn of time. This Email service might be old, but it’s still one of the better Gmail alternatives out there. Things are not perfect though because the integrated chat system is not a patch on Gmail.

If you are looking for something different how about GMX? This allows you to manage all your Email IDs in one place and is a quick and easy process to set up. As an added extra you are able to connect to Facebook within GMX as well.

An ideal Gmail alternative for business users would be FastMail, although it is fine for personal users as well. There is a huge amount of Email storage included and you also have the ability to backup files and photos. However, the biggest FastMail feature would be its family account, allowing everyone to gain access to the same account, which is also an ideal option for enterprise users.

Last but not least is one of the newest on the block, and that would be iCloud Mail. You get a decent amount of storage along with IMAP and POP access. However, this Email client does lack many of the features that we have come to expect from the likes of Gmail and Hotmail.

These are just a handful of Gmail alternatives, so what service do you use for easy Email login?
