3D TV is just taking off, and the transition has already started on phones as well. These pair of Sharp 003SH and 005SH Android smartphones has followed the same technology used by TV companies in offering a glasses-free 3D experience.
Both handsets will be launched in Japan on the Softbank network; both are touchscreen. One is a slate design while the other has a Full QWERTY keyboard and will come with the proven 1GHz Snapdragon and Android 2.2 Froyo mobile OS.
005SH offers an 8-megapixel camera, while the 003SH comes with a 9.6-megapixel version. Both are capable of offering 720p video recording, which is the staple diet of most smartphones these days.
However, the best is yet to come, as both handsets come with content bundles. The best of these has to be from Capcom, there is to be Ghosts ‘n Goblins, Mega Man and Resident Evil pre-loaded onto each phone.
