GDC 2010: Tiger Woods 2010 supports motion controls on PS3, Wii but not Xbox 360

EA has just issued a statement at the this year’s GDC event, explaining the reason why Tiger Woods 2011, due out this year, will not have support for Xbox 360’s Project Natal unlike the PS3 Motion Controller and Nintendo Wii’s MotionPlus.

As reported from VG247, the main reason is ‘timing’ – according to EA. Tiger Woods is out June 8th, presumably meaning that Project Natal will not be ready in time for this date.

What we do know though, is that the PS3 Motion Controller, or Arc, will be ready when this title launches – which means that Sony may have some very exciting news to reveal about their motion controller at GDC.
