GDC 2010: Sony planning to present PS3 Motion Controller (Arc)

It has been confirmed that Sony will be presenting their forthcoming PS3 Motion Controller, or Arc, at the upcoming Game Developers Conference (GDC) next month.

As reported from Eurogamer, the event has even been given its own special title, which is simply: ”Introducing the PlayStation 3 Motion Controller”.

What can you expect to see at the event? Well hopefully, an end to the rumors surrounding the official name for starters. We all expect it to be named ‘Arc’ anyway, right?

Some new direct game footage using the motion controllers would be nice too, and we can always hope for a release date reveal to top things off.

The event will take place on March 11th, at 3PM Pacific Time, in San Francisco. We’ll be telling you a lot more about GDC in the weeks to come though, so don’t worry.
