What’s life like when Minecraft is down? Earlier today we noticed an interesting forum thread about life when Minecraft is down, which revealed just how different this type of situation is for people. There’s those that would just head outside and think there’s more to life than playing this game, although this is clearly not what thousands think when an outage occurs.
It wouldn’t only be Minecraft servers going down that causes the same problems and choices to be made, as we’ve seen Grand Theft Auto V, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live users, Facebook, and plenty of other services needing online access that make people wonder what to do next?
Going back to the thread we mentioned about when Minecraft is down, the answers were just as insightful. Replies included “outside? What’s that place?”, “I find out there is actually other people in my house”, and the most grown up answer stated “we all need fitness, so rather than use another server, I will go outside and play football”.
What do you do when your favorite game has issues? If the GTA Online or Minecraft servers run into problems, do you see this as an opportunity to get fresh air or start shouting with anger?
If you’re wondering about the amount of time you spend gaming, then take a look at this article revealing 10 signs you play video games too often.

Personally, we love the video below that went viral in 2010 with almost 4 million views. This certainly reveals someone who plays way too much, or at least takes it all too seriously.
Leave a comment below with what activities you do instead of gaming, especially when the servers run into problems.
